Pickup Policy

Please book your preferred pickup date and time using our 'Book Pickup' page. Booking a pickup timeslot is mandatory for Ganesh murti pickups. No walk-in pick-up will be allowed.
Pickup is available from 23rd August to 5th September 2024. Please note we will be closed from 6th September 2024 onward.
Please bring someone along to carry the Murti (Recommended)
Please bring your own 'Paat' (Sturdy flat surface) of an appropriate size. Murti base sizes (in Inches) as below.

8 Inch - 6X4
10 inch - 5x7
12 inch - 8x6
15 inch - 12X8
18 inch - 12x10
24 Inch - 18x12
30 Inch - Comes with a wooden base
If you want us to pack the Murti for you in a box, please add 'Ganesh Murti packing service' to your cart at the checkout page.

Please use the visitor parking area to park your vehicles. We will be meeting you in the visitor parking area with your Murti
Pickup is at a Self Storage facility so we expect everyone to respect the property's rules and regulations.

Our Ganesh Murti are handmade and we ensure the perfect condition till pickup. Rekhatan Ganesh Murti is not responsible for any damage that happened to the Murti after the pickup.
Any minor imperfections and color differences might be possible as viewing Murti in person and in the picture is a different experience.
There is no return and exchange facility after the pickup. However, the booking can be cancelled within 24 hours with a full refund.
There will not be any refund after 24 hours of online booking.
We pack every murti with utmost care and protection. Once the murti is shipped through Canada Post or any third-party courier facility, we are not responsible for any damages. We can add insurance during shipping to cover any damages with prior approval.
